KEKE FINISHES 2ND ALBUM!

Today Keke posted a new myspace blog titled “The Greatest”. And this is some very BIG NEWS. She shares that today she finishes recording her album!!!! That means a single is coming REALLLL SOON! Keke has been recording her album since March of last year, so its great news to hear the she is finally done recording! Read her blog post below.

Today I am recording a new song called “The Greatest”, I co-wrote it with some great songwriters. I am happy because it’s a song I wrote a couple of weeks ago and now I have the time to lay down the vocals. I’m also excited because this is the LAST SONG that I am recording for my album!!

In total, I recorded over 50 songs, co-wrote 42 of them , narrowed them down to the top 15, then recorded 5 more, so now we are back up to 20 songs to choose from, WHEW , this can be confusing!!! But I am happy to say that I have had a fantastic time recording , have been so blessed to work with amazing people, and very much looking forward to all of you hearing what I have been working night and day on……thanks for all the support!

Congratulations to Keke for winning this award! I am so proud & sooooo happy for her!!!!! Keke works so hard on this show. She works 5 days a week (on the show) while recording her album. And they gave credit when credit was due. But this is just the beginning. 2010 is KEKE’S YEAR!!!! Watch Keke’s award show below + pictures.
